As we guessed at the end of last week the rumours were right. Chef-restaurateur Pat McDonald is selling his award-winning Paris restaurant in Birmingham to focus on his consultancy work and his Epic and Epicurean restaurants. A deal is nearly done and more details will be announced soon.
